Russet potato rösti baked with fresh eggs, diced Tannadice Farms honey ham, scallions, sweet pimento and Natural Pastures smoked Boerenkaas cheese. Served with roasted pepper coulis and arugula and apple salad

 

BLUEBERRY PRALINE FRENCH TOAST        $16

Nature's Way Farm blueberry and hazelnut loaf, grilled with Natural Pastures camembert cheese, served with Chantilly cream and homemade preserves

Tannadice Farms artisan Mennonite pork sausage served with braised white bean casserole, grilled tomato, oven roasted potatoes and topped with two poached eggs

Baked cornmeal and cheese polenta served with sautéed wine chorizo sausage and potato hash, served with poached eggs, hollandaise sauce and olive tapenade
